Filing for a 30-day Extension

If you are unable to comply with the April 1st filing deadline, you may request a 30-day extension. Per Florida Statute 193.052, the Polk County Property Appraiser will accept requests for extensions. You will be able to apply for a 30 day extension during the two weeks prior to the Tangible Online Filing Deadline.


1.  Select the account by clicking the box in the 1st column next to the account number to select the account.  

NOTE:  You can select more than one account. If you select the check box in the upper left corner of the table, you can select all accounts in the table.

2.  Click the File Extensions Button.
