Parent Previous Next

If you are preparing a return for a client you must have a letter of authorization on file with the Polk County Property Appraisers office.  You can import your own LOA or use the Polk County Property Appraiser's LOA.

Use the steps below to attach the LOA File to your Tangible Online Return.

1. Use the Select File button to choose the file you would like to upload.

2. Use drop down list to select the document type "Letter of Authorization".

3. Click the Upload button.

Important Note:  You can generate a Polk County Property Appraiser's LOA in the the Tangible Online Filing Application.  Data you enter into the return will be used to populate the LOA.  In order to generate a LOA, you must be logged into the Tangible Online Filing application and editing the account that needs the LOA.  Use the "Letter of Authorization" link on the attachments tab, or the "Click here for Letter of Authorization" link on the Submit tab to generate the LOA as a pdf.
