The Tangible account(s) in this list are linked to your profile ID or profile email address. You can add, edit, and remove accounts from this list. In addition, you can file for extension for one or multiple accounts from this list.
REMOVE AN ACCOUNT:
If a Tangible Account listed is not yours, select the account(s) and click the Remove Accounts Button to remove it from your list. You select a single account by checking the box to the left of its account number. To select all accounts, click the box to the left of the Account Number heading.
If you are unable to comply with the April 1st deadline, you may request a 30-day extension. Per Florida Statute 193.063, the Polk County Property Appraiser will accept requests for extension during a specified period of time. The exact dates the Property Appraiser will accept requests for an Extension will be available on the Tangible Account List page. There are two ways to file for an extension: the first is from the Tangible Account List page, the second is while editing an individual return.
To file an extension from the Tangible Account List page, select the account(s) and click the File Extensions Button. You can select a single account by checking the box to the left of the account number. To select all accounts, click the box to the left of the Account Number heading.

Click the Edit link to open the corresponding Tangible Account in Edit mode. The account data will be displayed in tabs similar to the ones shown below. You can review, edit, and submit the tangible return from this page. You can click on the links below for additional information about each tab.
The Import (link) option allows you to attach an Excel File that contains your asset data, instead of entering the asset data into the Tangible Online Application (Schedule 1, 2, & 3 tabs). You will complete all other tabs and use the Attachments tab to attach your formatted Excel File. It is important to note the following if you have decided to use the import option:
