Tangible Online Filing Application

Extension Tab

Returns that are not received by the Property Appraiser by April 1st are subject to a 5% penalty for each month or fraction thereof that the return is late.  If there is some circumstance which will prevent you from completing the return on time, you may file for a 30-day extension.

Any accounts that are granted an extension will have a new due date of May 1st.  You will receive a confirmation E-mail verifying that you have been granted the extension.  If the return is not received by May 1st, penalties will begin to accrue from that date onward.

To file an Extension from the Extension Tab click the 'File 30-day Extension' button.
