IMPORT LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION (LOA):


If you are preparing a return for a client you must have a letter of authorization on file with the Polk County Property Appraisers office. You can import your own LOA or use the Polk County Property Appraiser's LOA.  


Use the steps below to attach the LOA File to your Tangible Online Return.


1. Use the Select File button to choose the file you would like to upload.

2. Use drop down list to select the document type "Letter of Authorization".

3. Click the Upload button.

Important Note:  Use the "Letter of Authorization" link on the attachments tab, or the "Click here for Letter of Authorization" link on the Submit tab to open a fillable PDF LOA form.
